  • How long does the process take?

    We’re quick! Once we receive your information, and you’ve received and signed the release form, your vehicle can be towed away within two business days.

  • Can I donate a vehicle that doesn’t run?

    Yes! Donating a vehicle always makes a difference, even if you consider it a “scrap car”. We accept vehicles of any age or condition if they can be safely accessed and towed. However, your vehicle must be complete. We are unable to accept vehicles that are missing wheels, engine, transmission, interior panels, etc. A vehicle must have all 4 tires in order to be towed. If you would like to remove the tires once it is received at Bucks, you will need to follow the tow-truck and remove the tires yourself. A member of our team will not be able to assist.

    Tire quality does not factor into the tax receipt amount.

  • How much of a tax receipt will I get?

    For most vehicles, the receipt value is determined by an evaluation after it is towed and received. If upon inspection a vehicle qualifies for resale and successfully sells, a Fair Market Value tax receipt will be appraised by experienced sales agents. If a car cannot be resold in its current condition, it will be recycled by a professional automotive recycler and the tax receipt will be $700.
